International Shipping
We do not have control over customs and cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
Estimated Shipping Times (Excluding Weekends & Public Holidays)
- USA: Approximately 7 to 16 business days (tracking available).
- Rest of the World: Approximately 7 to 21 business days (tracking availability varies).
Delays: In rare cases, shipments may take longer than the estimated time frame. Unfortunately, we cannot control shipping times or unexpected delays in transit. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such instances. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days, we will ship out a replacement package.
This is especially common during high-demand periods, such as the holiday season (November–December) and promotional events.
Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Please note that processing time (4-6 business days) is separate from shipping time and should be factored into the total delivery time. Orders typically take 4-6 business days to be processed, including order verification, packing, and transfer to the shipping provider.
Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched, and you will receive an email with tracking information.
Delays in Processing: During peak seasons (holidays, promotions, etc.), processing times may take longer than expected. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed. After this window, your order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.

Unclaimed Orders
We are not responsible for packages returned due to refusal, unclaimed status, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect/incomplete shipping information.
If you notice an error in your shipping details upon receiving your confirmation email, please contact us immediately at support@havoura.com with the correct address. Once an order has been processed, we cannot make address changes.
Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds, as estimated shipping times and product descriptions are clearly provided for each item. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this information before purchasing.
However, if your product arrives damaged, you may submit a claim by sending clear photos of the item, packaging, and your customer details. Our team will review the case and determine a resolution.
Customs & Duty Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Please check with your local customs agency for potential charges.
In rare cases, customs inspections may delay delivery.
Separate Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple packages due to:
- Items being on backorder.
- Shipping weight restrictions imposed by carriers.
- Items being shipped from different warehouses (we work with multiple suppliers to offer a diverse selection at competitive prices).
