Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
    • Personal care & hygiene products
    • Digital/downloadable products
    • Hazardous or flammable materials

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@havoura.com  with your order details. Do not return items to the manufacturer. We will provide further instructions upon approval.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • If you have not received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@havoura.com with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive store credit for the return. Otherwise, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
